Changes

[Gumbo]

* A new ability was added today that allows members to rate sellers, buyers, and traders. You can rate your transaction with another forum member by viewing the persons profile and leaving feedback. (Admins do have moderator abilities for this feature)

* Enabled text ads to help us pay for the servers and other fun things we have planned. (They've been around for a while, but a setting was off and only showed them to admins. I'm dumb but only sometimes)

A few upcoming changes to expect:

* Spellchecker and a rule to use it! ;D (Just waiting on the server company to add the software I need, but that should be soon)
* Other stuff ;)

* Added a warning system for admins so that rules can be enforced with out banning right off the bat.
1) First warning - instant message and a green warning mark next to user name.
2) Post moderation - the user's posts must be approved before they are seen.
3) Mute - instant message and the inability to post polls or messages.
4) Ban - user is gone. :D

* Moved quote and reply to the bottom of the post under the users signature if they have one. (For admins this moves Modify and other admin tools to the same place.)
