hopefully only swap fuel tank or buy fuel cell and install/car was left with fuel pump out and shes got gas in her
swap OE fenders from red fenders and hood if I decide not to Sileighty(not using the damaged shit)may be ordering body kit/supermade headlights
swap hatches/one on car has rusted spoiler
Gut interior on new shell/swap dash/paint inside of car/install cage and new seat/same nardi/shift knob/console
swap Tein suspension
weld diff
give mike the diff I owe him
install suspension components I have but never used
PAINT her...those who know me know the color!!! dont give it away guys. I want to melt faces when she unvails on a thursday!
uhhhhh I know theres more to be done but cant think its 1am....

The Z is about 80% done and my engine got swaped with no major hang ups...all wired and ready to go. Tommorow it should be running and then on to the suspension swap/adjustable arms. Sylvia(her name) looks really pissed sitting there with no motor now. shes sad :( that was a fun car but I think the new lady is gonna be just as fun, we shall see. anyways, pix up tommorow....night

got all the sludge out of the tank today shit had been in there since 2004 goddamn, pulled the tiens off the red car and now they are on the green car and the drilled and slotted brakes, and put some after market rear toe arms on.so now all thats left in the back is to reinstall the tank the new pump and the back will be done for now. chris took some pics so they should be up here alittle later

Dropped gas tank/cleaned/left to dry/reinstalled
new fuel lines/ pump
put a good hood on her
swapped KYB GR2s w/ Tien coilovers from red car and a few other goodies
swapped brakes from red car
installed red cars header(sounds insane off idle) but "legal sounding" at idle...may leave it
found gremlin that was keeping her from starting(thanks to Cattman)
run it and bled cooling system
wired fans although that was a fail :(
scrapped tar off interior floorpan
I know weve done more but thats just what comes to mind. Its turning out to be a really clean car and I think you all are going to be very suprised when you see it. You better be damn you!!! Weve put alot of hours into getting this done fast and not half ass work. :)

Tommorow is....

Finish scraping tar off floor
clean inside
paint inside
swap dash/door pannels/console/misc. pieces
call bodyshop and find out what primers and such are compatible w/ their paint

silvia face one the way, cant NOT have sileighty (just my thing) 30mm rear wide fenders on way also. might as well b4 I paint right? cant decide on fronts just yet. may just bullfrog it for awhile til Im not broke. Also means I need new wheels so she doesnt look retarded. Any wheel suggestions under like $150 a rim that arent sportmax? I have 20mm spacers on rear that may or may not stay. The advans + spacers arent going too be wide enough. Kinda sucks because I have KA in this one and I cant go TOO wide but I need a 0 or - offset to pull this off. Limits my options unless I get like Diamond Racing wheels made to my spec but those are on the heavy side....also not good.

Ill take some. One of the LS1s is assembled and used for mock up. The other one is on the stand being built. All new rings, bearings, gaskets, ect. Lingenfelter blueprinted oil pump. Heads have been machined, Z06 valvesprings. 01 Z06 Cam. Should be over 400hp safely. I may take a little extra time and save up for an accusump system just for insurance. The plan was to put it in the glossy black hatch at the house but my flat black car is already all race car'd out so I dont think I want thrash that nice of a car(yet)

Would have had the motor in and running but I ran into a couple problems and am short a motor mount. I hate stupid BS like that that hold you up.
