Hey guys, we're looking for retail fronts and shops for rent and have found a great deal at 410 and perrin-beitel...I was wondering if you guys think that is a good location...not too far away for you or what not. Hit me up with suggestions. Its a 12000+sq ft place so its truely a great place. Lemme know what you think or if you know of some good locales. Thanks for your help.

the only "problem" i can see for that location is that its right next to Speed Freaks, but its not even that much of a problem i don't think. It doesn't seem like they focus at all on drifting. hell maybe it would even be good to be near them because they do engine tuning (i think). i think it could be a good location, its not really THAT far away

if your talking about his old location then there was hardly any space to work on vehicles. Which is the reason why he moved to the new location with more space

shit man perrin-beitel and 410 area is far better than the max velocity area, that's where ALOT of local tuner shops started before they got big, a main one that comes to mind is top notch performance, and in fact there's one right now that I went to for the suspension bushings on the coat, the infamous corvette tuners fuel injection specialists, I say hell yeah you couldn't ask for a better place, do it. That's a great location to start, follow it up with strong street-cred (which you're building quickly and well at this point) and you can't lose.

Plus i always hated driving down bandera to get to Tim's. 410 and perrin-beitel would work

I've been there before and it is a BADASS shop location. Because of their location alone (I never heard of them before) I stopped in and bought $500 worth of shit from them for the stratus, you guys should DEFINITELY go for it if they offer a good deal on the lease

They didn't pick up, but I left a message hopefully the Real Estate agent Laura will call me back. I hope I remember to tell her I'm a licensed agent so she doesn't get pissy.
