View Full Version : Don't give your money to Nevrslo Motorsports!!
I wouldn't give any of your business to Nevrslo, the shop is owned by a con artist and auto theft convict and is a crook when it comes to "deals" he can give you. You're better off going somewhere more reputable. This guy carries nothing in stock and orders everything out of a catalog...might as well order something from ebay, you'll get ripped off either way.
Heres one example as im sure there are more:

There's nothing wrong with a shop ordering from a catalog or from a distributor. It's kind of crazy to stock parts because of the crazy range of brands and pricing fluctuations.
I'm not gonna delete this thread simply because I'm not trying to censor people. I don't know Josh, but I've heard people say good things about him. I hope the best for Nevrslo Motorsports though they're doing their best to help grow the sport in Texas by helping out Daily Drifter and throwing events.
lol, didnt you show me that ripoff report Jason? Anyway, I dont think anybody is going to be buying from them on DT because Ill be pissed if they dont call me first! jk, Like Gumbo said, most shops don't carry parts in stock because there are WAY too many parts to choose from. The good thing about going to a shop is that you can have a personal experience with them + you can hold someone accountable if they fuck up. Ever deal with bad shit on ebay? good luck! Best advise is to be a smart shopper.

Not that it is really anybody's business here, but I feel it is a good example.
Ok... here is how it went down.
Anon (the customer) came to Joshua and wanted to buy a full cat back exhaust made by Magnaflow and a K&N performance intake for her car. Joshua told them after checking with his supplier that he could not get the magnaflow exhaust. He told her he could get OBX which what he meant to say was X02 (the off brand he carries). Regardless, he told her how it was all stainless steel and tig welded, etc. She agreed it would be ok to order. Joshua also has a guy that makes piping for CAI and intercoolers for all makes and models of cars. He gets the piping from his guy and then installs a Nismo or K&N filter on it then installs it on the vehicle. All of this was explained to the customer and she agreed.
I've been to Joshua's shop, there is a sign behind his register that says no refund on special orders. It's also printed on his reciepts he gives you.
on with the story... Ok so the parts come into the shop, the customer is happy with the exhaust and give the ok to install it on the car after viewing it. Joshua being the business man he is, still feels bad he wasn't able to get the exhaust they wanted, so he offered to tint the tailights on the car for free (150 dollar value), he also gave them 100 off on some other work that was being done to the vehicle. Ok so everything is said and done, they pick up the car and they don't like the Nismo filter that's on it. They keep complaining about it not being K&N, Joshua finally gives in and orders a typhoon K&N cai for the car. Parts come in, the exact same as what was on before except it says K&N on the pipe and has a different filter. Customer is happy and everything is said and done.
About a month later... customer calls joshua up and says she wants her exhaust refunded because her friend told her it was a crappy exhaust. Well... Joshua said no, as would anybody. She gets upset... So she takes the car to mineke (sp?) and evidently the mechanic there said the welds on the exhaust are breaking and the whole thing needs to be replaced. So Joshua tells her to bring the car over, they look underneath... nothing wrong with the exhaust. Now, 6 months later, the girl rand over a curb or somethign and scratched the shit outta the exhaust and dented it and wants her money back threatening to have her dad shut down his shop.
So that's the lowdown on what happened. Pretty stupid shit, maybe next time the customer will learn to read like everybody else does.
Anon has been IP banned from our site. She signed up for the sole reasons of trash talking Joshua's company and has not made a single post of merit. This kind of drama is not tolerated here. Neverslo did not retaliate and instead keep a profesional image and contacted Henry and myself to handle the issue.
Dekansnowman is no longer affiliated with Nevrslo and has been banned for 7 days as to not add fuel to the fire that was going on here.
If anybody decides to use our forum to lash out against a sponsor again they will be dealt with as Anon was.
Everybody makes mistakes, there is a right and wrong way to go about things. Using a public forum on which Joshua pays to advertise to slander him and his business is not the right way. If you want to argue and slander someone do it on your own time or take it to PM.
We like our board drama free and intend to keep it that way.

Yeah, sucks that Anon is going around stirring up drama.
Actually, to everyone's disappointment, im not the woman from the ripoff report that a few people think i am with the phony exhaust and the lying shop owner. The owner of Nevrslo Motorsports is an con-artist and thats a fact. After his career in auto theft landed him in jail, he used his ex- fiance to finance his store because he was...and still is broke as a mother fin joke and probably lives with his daddy again now. And now that she's out of the picture...i thought customers ought to be on the lookout for a scam before going into his "store". Oh yea...if u want tips from this guy on how to handle money...let him tell you how to use a jet ski as collateral for a loan to get a chic a boob job lol. This dude is out to scam you out of your money, don't give him your business.

After searching google for my name out of sheer curiosity to see how many times it would pop up, I ran into this conglomeration of "he said, she said."
I've highlighted what's wrong with the above post because there's only 5 people that know the truth about "Anon" and the events that took place. Only 3 of those people have ever met Zaquanh or at least been to the same place he would've been. So anything outside of these people is already complete BS because they weren't there, or even know what the people even look like.
I'm not trying to stir anything back up at all, not one bit. Josh and I are on good terms and that's history. What I don't appreciate however is how I get turned into the bad guy. That's absolutely absurd.
I never ordered parts on Josh's behalf
I never worked on cars
I never dealt with anything business related whatsoever
I never got involved until that person threatened with legal action and I tried to get the customer to "just calm down, and be civil."
Sourcandy's posting about "what happened" is absolute total explanation from Josh, as he was not present AT ALL for anything that happened. If he was, he wouldn't have bought, or tried to buy I can't remember if he went through with the purchase, wheels from Josh. If Ed was so sure about Josh's business practice why did I have to hear him bitch about Josh at an HMP event when I'm trying to figure out how Rono hit the wall and his car caught fire?
No need to go ever that event again, but it should be clear that I did not order those parts, work on that Mazda, or "screw any customers or shops".
It's one thing to call this drama, it's another to spread "the truth" about something when you weren't even there to witness it.
