On the left side of the steering wheel is the light button. Pop it out. Cut the brown wire. Now turn the lights on and push the button. If they go down, do it again so they are up and turned off. Now double tap the button, they will go down a bit and stop, repeat until they are as lazy as you want em. Lights will go back up when you turn the lights on and down when you turn them off but you have the option to make em lazy during the day.

sleepy eye are so 2004 lol some companys actually make sleepy eye controllers i just checked ebay and they have some kits on there now just search sleepy eye kit

where they doing it at the same time or seperatly it could be a controler i think you can do that with them as well plus if it is both lights wouldnt it be blinking instead of winking

yeah he can control them seperately. i talked to him he said he had both of them wired to lil push buttons.
