hey whats up everyone im new here as i guess you can tell. my name is robert and i am the proud owner of a 92 s13 that i am in the process of building up for drift only. so far it has been a long work in progress. but it has been fun. i got into drifting honestly and i know ill get bashed for this since the toyko drift movie came out. but i wanted to get away from what was put into the movie and started going to events and riding with some of the drivers and got hooked. so thats why i dropped cash into getting my s13. im going to do a conversion that i havent seen anywhere. im planning on doing a zenki front on my hatch. turboing out the ka and putting coilovers and bigger sway bars on it. im going to paint it the old style jungle camo in tribute to the soldiers because my mom is a first sargent in the army. well its cool to find this site so talk to all yall later

I'm not gonna tell you what to do but that's not a good idea. If you want to be different you probably shouldn't have gotten an s13. Just do what is tried, true, and reliable and get an sr.

welcome bro. honestly theyre right. there isnt much that hasnt been done on the s chassis'. Just do what you like...but like TLG said. SKIP THE KA-T and go SR20. Its more reliable and cheaper in the long run.

my 2 cents: do what you want, be different. more power to you for wanting to do something that although might have already been done somewhere else, it might not have been done in our circle of friends. sure you can always go SR and do something that everyone and their mom has done, its the most popular swap for a reason, but personally i favor those who try to break out of the typical mold even if its only a little bit different.

i know this a old thread but i have been with out a computer so yeah but different is fine if it is done right different is also expensive so if you dont have alot of money dont be different spend that money else were like driving that is why you got the car right
