ha thank you sir. i will clean that bay up considering that half of it is red and the other is flat black. just need a couple cans of brake cleaner and some krylon and i should be good to go right?

use sand paper and primer too

use soapy water before you paint it. it will take all the chemicals out and give you a clean surface to work on, paint will stick better. I recommend you paint your engine bay a dark gray or gray, not black, had a black engine bay for a couple of months and it kinda sucks, you cant see if theres leaks and its just blah. just make sure the day is warm enough and you shake your cans well and put thin coats and progress from there...

ok well the sr came in and me, ryan and chris picked it up today. it looks ok for now. got the tranny off along with the clutch. so tomorrow ill be pulling the ka after work. i wanted to do it today but the fuckn accord broke down 2 seconds from my house....haha so we left it at the gas station at de zevala, hahaha oh well.
