Now after first install found that 2nd and 3rd gear on trans was destroyed ill upload pics later..so after finding this suck ass news I decided to do a couple more things while motor was out ;)

****ed Tranny

So I picked up ka trans and swaped bellhousings so it would fit properly..

Oh yeah to keep the whole exhaust leaks out of my way I had my turbo manifold studs, the dump pipe bolts and the downpipe studs all tac welded for added strength..

I added a polished intake manifold and installed circuit sports intake spacer as well..

Now with the motor outn I decided to remove abs proportioning vale body and replace with non-abs (lots of fun) with all that gayness out I was a lot happier with the look but decided to go further.. I then removed the stock battery tray and wet sanded the entire engine bay... when choosing a color I found some really kick ass flake and decided to use flat black as a base coat... it came out sick!!

Now that the engine bay was done and motor was almost ready I decided to clean the engine harness up.. One day at work I removed all the old tape and resoldered some wires and reloomed the complete harness.. And extended injector wires to tuck harness under intake thanks to Travis it came out awesome!!

So now it was ready to install again :) before install I painted my valve cover gold..yes gold! I love gold!!! Hahaha

So now motor is back in and fm mounted, radiator mounted, drive shaft installed and clutch master cylinder as well... only put downpipe to make sure everything was working properly and good thing I did.... after putting it back together and running first we found a broken fuel hose leaking... then the oil feed line on block was leaking as well...

Now word of advise never.. Ever.. Ever use an impact on aluminum block!! So come to find out the threads in block are stripped out and causing leak. :( so lastnight we pulled the motor in record time about 30 to 40min! Reason why we decided to pull was simple fact is we only have one shot at this and better to have it out than struggle!

Great news!! Found perfect hetacoil kit and it has been done numerous times so wish me luck....

So tonight my buddy from work ROEL came by and drilled out the hole and retapped and installed heilcoil for me... i didnt trust myself to do it so i asked a seasoned tech... the whole process went awesome... banjo bolt doesnt leak anymore and motor was put back in... fm, radiator, all hoses and harness was installed and tucked away.. and here is how it went....

3rd times the charm!!!
