Im getting sick and tired of all the bs in the s chassis community. Everyone is such a fucking hater on the s chassis forums(I love you guys though!!!). I love my car to death, dont get me wrong. Im always going to have atleast 1 240. I just want something that is a little different too. Im gonna go ahead and continue working on my car and drive it, Im just really bummed about everyones attitude online. I hate rolling up to the meet and seeing like 3 cars with the same rims too. same this, same that. You cant do anything to your s without 10 other ppl in town having the same shit. I know the rx crowd does the exact same stuff to the fc/fd that we do to the 13/14 and there are only so many things you can do to your car and nothing is "original" anymore, but I havent explored the dark side yet. There arent alot of drifters that rock fcs in sa. Even on the pro level the s chassis prevails. FCs are still new to me. Im sure Ill change my mind again Im just pissed off after reading all this hate on the forums I regular.

I understand your concern when it comes to everyone having everything.

Don't get me wrong. An s13 was my dream car back in 8th grade (finally got one in 12th grade) then had both s13 and 14 chassis but it's no fun because everyone it's a douchebag (Zilvia.net....and I don't really like houston either.)

yah, dude. i dont like looking at how cheep 240s are becoming now. this guy at a car meet was telling me how he wanted to get a 240 but i told him they where slow and convinced him to get a CRX lol. i love 240s an all aswell as every one here but i feel the same way. it has me thinking corrola sometimes. eventually i want to get an IS300 or something someday.

I think the last chance to be diff at least in texas in terms of S chassis is to COMPLETE a sil-truck. I've seen countless "build" threads which are no more than a couple bored people who got a hold of a sawz all then immediately after chopping the car they realized it was harder to finish then they thought...

i know how you're feeling, unfortunately for me, I have the opposite situation..not that everyone isnt a douche, but that no one has what i do. atleast not the NEW s14 sr, not top mount turbo, and NOT in a 13 chassis. granted that is cool and wtfever but i know even if i made a build thread or posted somewhere else, some will come up with a response such as, "oh yeah jimmys cousins bestfriends girlfriend has an ex fiance with one of those, meh ive seen cooler shit..."

regardless of what you, or anyone on here does, just build your car, be it an s chassis, a miata, hachi, sc, is, civic, neon, or a fucking pinto, build it for you and hwo YOU want it not with the current trends or how suchandsuch built their (insert car here).

Well, I can't say too much, I've never owned a 240. But, I believe that the FC idea is a good one. I only know one person in SA with a dope, drifty FC, and that's Chris.
