my car wasn't runnin right a couple of months ago it would lose rpms after driving it awhile it would drop down to 9,8,700rpm,etc and i would rev it up a bit to like 1500 and sometimes it would be ok and other it would still go back down until i wold drive. i replaced a couple of gaskets that were blown incl.the exhaust mani that was warped awhile back and it fixed the problem for a while.but like a month later its doing it again now.is it the same prob?also at first it will boost to about 7lbs. after drivin it for a good while it just feels like it lags and barely gets to about about2-3lbs. it will happen somedays other times it wont. whats like a normal idle level for the sr mines at about 1500rpm. is it a boost leak or is it the turbo itself? like i said it happens not right away usually after i drive for awhile. usually when im like at an incline it too starts dropping rpms.when i turn the car off and start it up again sometime also its low in rpm. so i rev it back up to idle and it good..most of the time. does anyone know what it is? please help.thanks

also surging idle may be due to a bad coolant ecu sensor or clogged iavc

well if you unplug the wastegate dont launch the car , cuz if it is good you will boost crazy ammounts and mess up stuff , but thats how you know its working , also look at it , ryan had one where the rod was bent ,

for the ecu if its a red top then there is a red led next to the screw on the ecu , you can use that to check for codes , then look up the code on the net , look up sr20det codes
