OEM OR AFTERMARKET

Alright ive been plannin on changing out my thermastat on my redtop sr. is it better to stay with the oem one or go aftermarket? and if so what brand u reconmend. i currently running the stock rad/hoses with altima fans if that helps.any suggestion guys

yeah ill prob end up going the nismo route then. it currentlty aint overheated yet but id figure i change it out soon and also do up th rad and hoses as well as soon as i can. thanks

leave it out. you dont need it. yes it will take longer to warm up but thats ok. better than it sticking and overheating.

go nismo i have one personally and never had any probs.. also i would switch to clutch fan and shroud best for drifting i think... very reliable and predictable.. oh yea if you just take it out get ready for your car to drive like shit when you first start it up.. its bad enough driving it early morning without letting it warm up with a thermo...imagine without out one:'( :'(.. just my .02

thats alright gas aint too expensive right now lol. but yeah that'll suck for cold starts altho not really cold here anymore in the morning. ill prob end up grabbin a nismo one.thanks for the sugg. playaz!

if you have a "race car" leave it out

if you drive it every day dont be cheap get the nismo one.

i used to drive my s14 with out one and winter sucked ass

heater cant heat up
cold start was hard
drives like if i had anchor straped to my toe hook

i even had a switch to my flex fans still was hard to warm up.

i mostly drive it to work on weekends and sometimes out during the week.just waiting on another daily driver so i can start working on it.but yeahh i need one for right now

well heres skylines and cedric are mine and other skyline i mostly worked on a drifted every once in a while others id have to find cuz my computer has crashed many many times
